Why this must be read:
When I first started posting recs for you wonderful lot of people, I mentioned how there are occasionally fics posted that explore the topic of sexuality on a more Galactic scale.
This is exactly the sort of fic I was talking about. Ford is still sort of new to human interaction, and winds up making a bit of a faux pas in a pub. The result is a small collection of Guide entries and a wonderful bit of interaction between Ford, and what appears to be the first human he can actually have a conversation with.
