Why this must be read:, this is a missing interrogation scene from Slush Fund and it fits flawlessly into the episode, the situation and with the characters. It is dark, tough, tense, edgy, and there is a feeling of danger running through it. And it will get you looking at who Bodie used to be, and how working for CI5 and with Doyle have changed him. A vivid, compelling and powerful read.

You left the light burning day and night, to disorient him, and the room cool and damp, just this side of freezing, so he was always shivering, couldn't ever relax and get a minute's rest. No coffee, no cigarettes, no loo.
And no clothes.
