Why this must be read: Because Callum and Hugh recording a birthday edition commentary of HCL for Bruce is too funny to resist (and a fangirl dream come true). They poke fun at the movie, their performances, Bruce, Noel, even Men With Brooms. Lilac-one's dialogue crackles with lines like Any time there's animal sacrifice, things are going to get weird. And Hugh's finding Callum's knife-licking scene as much of a turn-on as we do is simply perfect.

Hard Core Logo appeared on the screen and Hugh focused on the movie. "Bruce fucking McDonald, happy birthday."
"Happy birthday," Callum said.
"You fucker, welcome to the special Birthday Edition of Hard Core Logo featuring commentary by Hugh and Callum."
"Callum and Hugh," Callum interjected.
Hugh snorted. Callum could be so fucking conceited. "Alphabetically order, pussy. Dillon comes before Rennie."
"Callum comes before Hugh."
"Usually, yeah," Hugh muttered, his hand over his mike only long enough to mask those words.
