A conference has taken Gus out of town for a week. Shawn, of course, is supposed to stay out of trouble during that time. But Gus returns to find the Psych office answering machine filled with messages, and no one knows where Shawn is. Luckily, Shawn calls Gus - and that's where our story starts.
The story unfolds in "now" and "then" style as Shawn fills Gus in on the week's events. The banter between Shawn and Gus is perfect, and the relationship between Shawn and Lassie fits beautifully. This is a great read for a long, lazy afternoon.
