Why this really should be read:
I never cry while reading fanfic. Or even really tear up. And then there's this story. This one scene towards the end - oh, Justin. Along with that, it's a disjointed chronological telling which sometimes doesn't work at all and very much does here, wonderful characterization, a fascinating take on PR and the power of the record company. Also, oh, Justin. Sigh.
