Why this must be read: I'd rec all of

gyzym's fics if I could. Their Captain America verse is awesome and there's a sexchange fic that (surprisingly) works well and is pretty hot to boot. But I chose Insomnia's Net Worth to rec because it's this wonderful snapshot of Neal and Peter. Peter wakes up to find Neal not in bed and downstairs watching TV. Specifically a program that I think Neal would get a kick out of watching (and srsly, why haven't they done this in the show yet?).

gyzym gives us a little bit of Neal's history in a short story that's adorable. It's definitely something I could see kid!Neal doing. It's a very sweet read. Perfect for a Monday when you need a smile on your face.
