Why this must be read: Case fic, a little romance, a lot of humor. And one of the funniest text messages I've ever read.

Set shortly after the events of "Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing", this story flows like an episode of the show, with the characterization, dialogue and humor all spot-on. The plot is well-done and entertaining. The interactions between Shawn and Lassie really spark. Everything about this story will leave you smiling. (And if it leaves you wanting more, that's fine, too - because there's a sequel here.)
