Why this must be read: This is a wonderful story of the aftermath of series three. With Uther confused and unable to rule and Camelot in uproar, Arthur must assume the king's mantle along the way he finds out quite a few truths and secrets.
The author paints a great picture of Arthur's coming to terms with ruling a kingdom, learning as he goes. I like her take on the chaos in the surrounding lands, particularly Cendred's kingdom and absolutely love how she handles the outing of various secrets.
There's some gorgeous artwork with the fic too...why not check out These castle walls bleed lies.
