Why this vid kicks ass: It pays homage to a (mostly) unsung hero of the show – Simon Banks. And it’s a lot of fun.

The running joke of the show is that, when it comes to the “sentinel stuff”, Simon wants to know as little as possible. However, neither Jim nor Blair would have been able to function without his support. And, in reality, Simon is as stalwart a friend and backup as they could have wished. The vid highlights Simon as cop, friend, boss and, in his own way, trouble-magnet. Enjoy!
