Why this must be read:

Author’s summary: The crew of the Enterprise is subjected to a compulsory seminar on Inappropriate Workplace Behavior, and Jim Kirk finds this to be particularly challenging.

This is one of those fics that I can read over and over and over again and it still makes me laugh out loud. Making Jim and the rest of the senior crew attend a mind-numbingly boring, painfully politically correct seminar on appropriateness in the workplace is the one the best premises I’ve ever heard, and

insaneidiot hits it out of the park. One of my favorite things about this fic is that even when Jim honestly tries to be appropriate, every single thing he says and does becomes a filthy double entendre. Like the author’s note says, the real OTP of this fic is Kirk/Inappropriateness, and it just may be my OTP, as well.
