Why this must be read:
Ever wonder how Rorschach made enough money to live, seemingly without having a job? Jackie gives us one answer in vividly gritty detail. She's extremely good at getting inside Rorschach's mind – a daunting concept at the best of times – and of writing worlds that pull the reader in, no matter how dark they might be. This fic, short and... well, "sweet" isn't exactly the word... is an excellent example.
