Why this must be read: This is an excellent outsider POV (in this case, the Rangers boss) during the early episodes. I love the civilians who TOTALLY KNOW that the Rangers are the Rangers, but have to keep their secret. The Rangers have never been good at this whole secret identity thing, and Rev's Kelly is absolutely fabulous, and there's a great connection to earlier seasons. It's a good look at the characters, and an amazing fic. Also worth reading Jive Turkey by Arrowned, as Rev's is a remix.
