Why this must be read: If you enjoy OT4 fic, this is a great place to start. The first story, A Rising Tide, brings the team together, one at a time, starting with Steve and Kono. The writing is both funny and a bit heart-breaking in places, and it all leads up to a very satisfying (and hot!) ending.
The sequel, Over the Rolling Waves, takes a look at the problems the team faces now that they're in a relationship together. What I love best are the glimpses we get of the individual relationships - which of the guys Kono goes to when she needs help, who gets jealous of whom, who sees Steve when he's most vulnerable, and which one ends up tied to Steve's headboard with one of Danny's ties. :) I love the team's dynamic in these fics - just as much love between them as there is on the show, plus a lot of hot sex!
