I don't ship pairings very often, but when I do, they usually fall under the category "doomed-ship." Olivia/Charlie certainly pushed that button for me, so I shipped them pretty hard, plus next to Olivia and Walter, Charlie is my favorite character. This story captures that elusive emotion, a bittersweet longing for someone you can never have that we doomed-ship shippers crave.
