Why this must be read: It is so difficult to get the future of tennis right. There is a temptation to idealize what top players will do but I think this one got the right balance. It is Wimbledon 2025 and Roger and Rafa have reunited as guest commentators, watching as the next generation's version of their rivalry plays out over the two weeks. Roger, who is recently divorced, begins seeing their rivalry in a different light.
