Though fairly new to the fandom,

barefootpuddles has become one of the pillars of

sick_wilson, a House community dedicated to the emotional and physical suffering of everyone's favorite oncologist. It was tough to choose just one of her fics - her personal favorite is "Groundhog Day," and "Eight Nights" is also very popular. But I've decided to go with "Antifreeze," the fic that first grabbed my attention, probably in large part because it had everything I could want: in-character dialogue, an honest-to-god differential diagnosis (for cold), and House and Wilson ending up in bed together.
