Why this must be read: In my opinion, you can never have enough Ariadne/Mal, and this AU is one of my favorites. Charming and sleek and sexy, it's a racy little story wherein Ariadne works at a Victoria's Secret, and Mal is her best customer. What I love about this fic is how seductive Mal is, how dangerous but still vulnerable. This is the real-life Mal we never got to see in canon, but her connections to the deadly shade in Cobb's subconscious are clear. Ariadne is adorable in her infatuation, and together they're irresistible. And any fic that has Mal modeling lingerie gets my vote for hottest of the hot.

Mal makes a tutting noise, and sighs.

"What's the matter?" Ariadne tries again, and when Mal opens the door, she's in a pair of black brief underwear and a zebra print bra, and she's got her hands woven into her curly hair in frustration.

Ariadne determinedly fixes her eyes on Mal's and is very careful not to look anywhere else.

"What do you think," she asks. "Do you think it's too much?" She lifts her shoulders slightly, displaying her breasts to full advantage, and if Ariadne wasn't 100% sure that she'd get fired for this, she'd be certain it was some sort of--invitation.

She draws a deep breath, and studies the fit of the bra. There's a gap between her flesh and the cups, and that looks bad under a lot of things, so Ariadne says so. Mal hums in agreement, or just in thought, and shoos Ariadne back out of her doorway before she shuts the door.

They repeat this process for the original five bras, and then the three more Ariadne brings her, and when she leads Ariadne to the counter two hours later, Allison smirks evilly at both of them and asks probing questions about the quality of Ariadne's service.

Ariadne hopes, half horrified and half terribly turned on, that Mal either comes back every day or never, ever again.
