Your G-Force crew has trashed the Phoenix so much that the union is talking about striking. Required overtime is fine and my people appreciate the triple time pay for it, but your requirements are straining us to the limit. The union steward is constantly demanding time off for the members to negotiate a new contract. I can't afford a man down with your schedule, and I can't hold him off forever.
