Summary: Simon’s determined to make his point and ignores all the warning signs Rhonda tries to put into play….
Rebel does a great job setting the tone and atmosphere in this one. Basically, it’s a small scene that I believe could easily have happened in the series (obviously from a friendship perspective rather than the slash one implied here). It’s that realism and how it plays out that I find most appealing about this story. I also really enjoyed the characterizations and the small touches of humor mixed up nicely within the seriousness of the situation. This is an entertaining piece which holds a wealth of personality, friendship, a leap of faith and ultimately, trust.
