Why this must be read: Because this is a hot and yet lovely little ficlet from KWS, that somehow brings sunshine with it no matter what the weather outside. The lads are at a cricket match, and have skived off to the changing rooms early, Bodie having done well as batsmen, and they're celebrating in their own way. KWS is a good, solid Pros writer, and there's a lovely feel of the lads here, both of them just so together. This is a perfect, bite-sized coffee break of a fic. And did I mention, hot? *g*
Excerpt: "Over!"
Bodie, being somewhat preoccupied, doesn't hear the umpire's call. Nor does Doyle, for whom the word has no significance anyway, whose attention is all on the back and forth that is everything he and Bodie want, right now, right here. In a moment though, the scattered sound of applause comes through the changing room window...
