Bend All Your Notes For Me by littlesleepfic (NC-17)

Summary: Canon period, Arthur is given Merlin as a gift from another prince. They are magically bonded, and Arthur must keep Merlin, er, "full" in order to keep him alive.
Why this must be read: This stands out in its genre (*cough*porn*cough*) because it's well-written and sexy. I'd never read a fuck-or-die or slave fic before, and I found I really liked it. It was titillating--Merlin getting so needy for Arthur, and Arthur trying to be all Camelot-upright about it and not take advantage of him. Poor Arthur-- it's difficult to be a prince when you'd secretly rather bugger your squire or another healthy male than your sister's willing maid! There's also an interesting twist to the story for some extra excitement of another kind.
