Such a shame! This is what I don't like about Internet Archive - most LJ pages are not archived.

I tried looking for this author elsewhere, but I don't think she's archived her work anywhere else, besides LJ.

You're very welcome. You never know when an author reposts or gets inspired to continue some favorite story after hiatus- there are 3 that got completed after 10 years, just for starters, so happy hunting.
