The EU has given fandom interesting characters in interesting series, and I'm talking Jude Watson at the moment, fantastically prolific as she was. Knight Siri Tachi, undercover for a good cause, finds herself at loose ends as she reenters the Jedi Order. Master Meddler Yoda does his best to keep all the Jedi in his care at their peak efficiency. Read this to find out how taking a Padawan helps Siri find her balance. emthejedichic has written a sparkling AU starring Siri and Xanatos, a pairing made most appealing by the talent displayed by this author. As a fillip, this end of the timeline ought not to be Jossed by any Sequel Trilogy, and there is a great deal to be said for that.

SIRI FIC ♥ I think I might have read this before... I know I read that Siri/Xanatos fic... but it was nice to (possibly) reread.

Good, good! It's hard to find and naturally, years ago it was quote, hotter, unquote. I still like the character. Also, in the Siri/Xanatos story, he was believable as a bad boy with seeds of good in him - it does seem like Siri would find a kindred spirit there.

Lol "hotter". I keep hoping that Siri will appear again, or even be mentioned, at some point, but nothing. And Obi-Wan in particular has more canon/semi-canon love interests in his ~younger age~ too, which was where Siri used to appear most (even if she was so distant behind Padme, Anakin and Qui-Gon.)

Well mostly I mean Sabine, but.

I remember I had this plot bunny a while back where Luke learns about the regulations in the old temple, and then he learns that almost everyone broke that regulation and was secretly convinced they were the first ~rebels.

Lol that one line is everything that that fic has. That, and some vague idea about an amused/frustrated Luke explaining the hilarity of the situation to Mara.

Hi guys! /crashes thread

I read a fic on theforce.net a while back somewhat like this- Obi-Wan and a bunch of other dead Jedi show up as Force ghosts on Luke and Mara's wedding night saying that this is not allowed to happen, no attachments, blah blah blah. Eventually they start arguing among themselves (I think Qui-Gon shows up to defend Luke at one point?) and then notice that Luke and Mara are just ignoring them and... doing their own thing.
