Why this must be read: I've found myself alternating between sympathy and frustration with the Grace and Harold storyline at times. This story does a nice fix for the situation, putting Grace back into Harold's life in the current timeline. There's a sequel to it, Vigil. Both stories are short, sweet without being cloying, and make me appreciate the characters more.

I'm actually working on another one as we speak (though this one's set the evening before the bombing on the ferry). There was also one called "Announcement" that I don't know if you saw. I may have put that one only on FF.net.
