I can’t say if this fic is “finished” or not considering the author adds a new chapter every so often, but it’s not a continuious story, more like chronological episodic interludes, I say read it! Then if you enjoy, subscribe to it in case anything gets added.

Epic space opera! Is any more prompting required? If so, in this series, there are: spaceships- with super developed ai’s, an amazing all powerful Jarvis, and by extension, Tony Stark, pilot-spaceship connected relationships, S.H.I.E.L.D. as a space military force, exploration of philosophical issues on AI’s as living intelligence, space, space travel, giant spaceship armadas, and more.

Oh god I love this story! It's amazing! It's on my short list of Tony and his Robot Babies fic, because there is so much potential there and so few authors take advantage of it. Icarus_chained does an excellent job. There is also a spiffy podfic of it done by kerravon HERE (http://archiveofourown.org/series/43541), which is how I first found it. I both read and listen to every chapter as they come out because both incarnations are great.
