Prompt:
I was just thinking, Jack and Steve probably would have a history together.
Like, Jack making pretty frost designs on Steve's windows, because Steve couldn't play outside, or Jack running into Steve while Steve was in Europe, and being surprised at the changes, but still recognizing him.
Jack finding Steve crashed into the snow, and being frustrated at being able to do anything.
Bonus: Jack talking to Steve while Steve was taking his 70 year nap.
Bonus: Steve ending up believing in Jack Frost, and being able to see him.
