You may wish to double-check your anchor tags, some of the links are showing up weird on my friendspage but ok here. Maybe missing a </a> after the name part?
My partner and I listened to the first half of the audiobook for The Hobbit before the film (AUJ) came out, and after we watched the film we argued extensively about whether the party was supposed to have visited the fancy elven city, or a more woodsy city, with my partner saying it was always the fancy city and that no woodsy city existed, and me saying it was the woodsy city they visit first and the fancy city later. Thanks to you mentioning Thranduil here, I looked it up and found that neither of us was quite right. If I'm getting it correctly now, Thranduil is king of the woodsy city (so it exists), but they actually visit it later in the book, not during the time which is in AUJ.
