Why this must be read: Despite the clunky title (about which there seems to have been some confusion; you'll see what I mean), this is a very effective and poignant look at Art. In just a couple little vignettes, the author establishes a great deal about the character, and all of it makes perfect sense. It's a lovely look at some of Art's troubles before the start of the series- none of them quite so bad as being Raylan Givens' boss.
