Why this must be read:
This caught my eye because it is as far as I can see the only story to approach (some of the) events from UC2 from the perspective of the Tibetan villagers involved. It brings up the symbolism of the phurba that seems largely ignored in canon except as a plot/puzzle point and manages to broach a sense of spiritualism appropriate to the story/characters involved, while still addressing that they do in fact have modern medical knowledge too, that fills in a bit of a gaping plot hole about how Nate survives there with the injuries sustained.
