Yeah, she's writing again, although not for our fandom. But this is a good story. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I've been doing my best to read all the stories you've recced this month. I'm so glad you decided to drive the van one more time. In the same way, this story is valedictory. I cried at the end, not really because of the story (though it's excellent and I loved it), but out of missing the fandom that was.

Many fen have been feeling the nostalgia because of the 20th anniversary. Yeah, if the van had to stop running, this seems like a good year to do the capstone, at least for TX. I'll keep running the xf_book_club as long as there are still a few people around to join in.
