Why this must be read:
It's so, so wrong, and yet so, so hot. It's my pr0n-y contribution to the recs.
Post-"Lost City" and pre-season 8, Carter stops off to see Jack's clone (from "Fragile Balance") to tell him what happened to his original. Unexpected things occur. Clone!Jack is a great mix of his grown-upself and some teenage attitude, that must be rubbing off from being in high school again. Carter's the rule-conscious major we know, but she's also hurting, and very, very practical.
The teenage clone of her boss has his tongue half-way down her throat and she's kind of shocked but not that shocked because she got past that stage where weird stuff seems, well, weird. A little shocked, kind of offended. Sort of turned on.
