Why this must be read: Hamlet and time travel fix-its are two great tastes that taste great together, and this relatively short fic manages to deliver on the emotional side because every attempt to fix things only makes it worse, and that is how the tragedy is shaped. It's second person, which pulls you straight into the narrative, it goes into backstory quite a bit, and it "explains" a lot of things that are a bit odd about Hamlet's behaviour. It's also structurally interesting.
