Bookstore by angelita26 (PG-13)
Fandom: White Collar RPS
Pairing: Matt Bomer/Tim DeKay
Length: ~15k
Author on LJ:
angelita26
Author Website: Angelita’s Master List
Why this must be read:
This story is “real person fiction,” which I know isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but if it makes it go down any easier, the characters are placed in an AU where Matt Bomer owns a bookstore and Tim DeKay a customer that wanders in one day and they basically fall in love at first sight. It’d be a typical rom-com type of setup (and the writer is hella-talented, so never a disappointment), but there is an added twist that makes it all the more interesting: Matt is, in fact, disabled. From there, the story becomes a charming depiction of the complications that come out of someone who has never had to deal with a differently-abled person, and the difficulties (and joys) that can bring to them both.
It is a lovely series, and hope you will read it.
