Why this vid kicks ass:

Ah, Beecher and Keller in all their hot, tragic, fucked up glory...

I was really impressed with the tone and pace of this vid. It's crisply edited, and features some really interesting juxtapositions of images to convey the ups and downs of the B/K relationship across the seasons. Mostly, what comes across is the intensity of their connection -- which I think is aided greatly by the song choice -- VAST's moody, driving, and dark "Pretty When You Cry".

I liked this one very much. As you said, it captures the intensity, but doesn't take it way over the edge IMO, which it could easily have done. I think I may actually use it for, er, *marketing* purposes with a couple of people who would like Oz but need some careful handling.

It's a wonderful vid,so true to the characters, and the quality is outstanding. I think that the moment when Keller walks in front of the interrogation room where Beecher's talking to Spanky is the best moment. Or one of the best. Must check. Back to the vid.
