Emphasis should be on fics that you feel are especially outstanding and accessible examples of your fandom, e.g. it plays on a repeated theme in the show, it's a fandom or a personal favourite, it was a controversial fic, it's good smut. Whatever.

Warnings are not required beyond what the author has posted on their own stories.

I got the e-mail, and it sounds from that as though I'm supposed to have crack_van as an option in my list of journals when I update. It isn't showing up in that list.

So, is that supposed to be the case, or am I supposed to be able to post recs here some other way?

Thanks. I was busy over the weekend and so didn't notice until yesterday, and then I got worried that I was just confused about how to post the recs.
