This story had really been a guilty pleasure for me. It's so very wrong, offensive and perverse... and the subtext is alarming. But, it's also so very Akane and Ranma in that he's acting like an utter ass and his thinking, already beleagured by self-righteousness, an ego the size of a mountain, and insecurity combined with Akane's particular issues makes this sensical.

This thing is horrifyingly funny, I think, for someone who isn't used to the story. And it's also really great with the genderfuck.
