Why this must be read:
It's based on that epic film adaptation that came out a few years ago. You know, the one with Colin Firth? He jumps into a lake at one point, and there is a clinging shirt. Fangirls rejoiced, and it seems that this author, Spring, was coherent enough to actually write something about it.

If the mental image of "good- looking man, in a wet shirt" has not already sped you towards this fic, then the fact that it's told entirely from a fish's point of view?

Spring writes wonderfully funny stuff (although I wish she'd get her arse in gear and finish her WIP) and this is no exception.

It's great to see this fandom get some recognition as it's often overlooked by other multi-fandom rec sites - which is surprising considering there is some really good stuff floating around. I look forward to more recs!

I suppose this paticular fandom does. I can hardly overlook the assorted pretties, but...I don't really have an icon for that, so the picture-less one will have to do.
