Beneath the Harvest and Appearances by Candy Apple
Houses, that's a good theme, right? Well, that's the theme of the week, so let's go for it.
Fandom: Starsky/Hutch
Pairing: Starsky/Hutch
Fiction Website: http://www.squidge.org/~candy_a/starskyhutch.htm
Why this must be read: In Beneath The Harvest we get some supernatural goings-on. Simon Marcus is bad, really bad. He's like Manson's older brother, so really bad. He also haunts their dreams, even after he supposedly commits suicide in prison. Marcus influences their lives, controls their minds, and leads them down a path that is filled with twists and turns and a new development in where their relationship is headed. In Appearances, the situation continues. Simon's finally out of their lives and they're about to start on their new one, including moving into their new home. But nothing's really as simple as that, not when the boys are involved. There's a nosy neighbors, a murder investigation, and a memory from Hutch's past that is so shocking that you won't believe it. The universe is weaved so perfectly that you want to be a part of their lives, you want to live with them and experience all the joys and trials that they go through as they make a home for themselves.
