Top Ten Movies of All Time by Killash (not rated but probably PG)
Fandom: SPORTS NIGHT
Pairing: None as such, but Dan/Casey friendship
Author on LJ: ?
Author Website: Killash's Dungeons
Why this must be read:
One of the best moments of male bonding even seen on television occurs at the end of April is the Cruelest Month when Casey interrupts Dan during the Seder to tell him that he wouldn't trade the last ten years of working with him for anything, not for anything he swears to God.
In this short, sweet story Killash traverses the ten years of their friendship, giving us a glimpse into why the bond between Dan and Casey is strong enough to endure even the worst arguments. We see them at their best and their worst, and through out it all the one thing they can constantly count on is each other.
This was Killash's first attempt at Sports Night fanfic and I don't think he (she?) wrote any more after this. I wish they had because they have a great Sorkin voice and have captured Casey's emotional dithering to a T.

I rewatched that scene about a hundred times right after getting the DVD's. I'm always interested in fic which fleshes it out more, and hadn't seen this one.
You're doing a good job with keeping the recs coming!
