Why this must be read: This is another short and sweet fic, since I found both of today’s recs together, and couldn’t not recommend them. This deals with the aftermath of The Plague (which I still, unfortunately, haven’t seen yet) and how a loving Starsky and Hutch would come together afterwards. And you’ve gotta love Dr Kaufman’s prescription. :)
I have to admit, though, that I’m still confused about the choice of title. If someone knows why it’s called Rx and could explain it to me, without pointing out that I’m blind to the obvious, I’d really appreciate it. ;)

Well, the glass was gone now; Hutch wasn't going to die, nor would there be any permanent damage to his body. The doctors assured Starsky of that, and he believed them, but no one even mentioned what might have happened to his mind, his spirit. Of course, the doctors didn't know anything about the inside of Hutch's head, but Starsky did. And Starsky knew what he needed was Hutch and what Hutch needed was him. And now it was possible, if a little tricky.
