And continuing on with another variation on the theme of drawing, I bring you the following appropriately titled fic:

Why this must be read: Communication isn’t always an easy thing, especially when the parties are both men, and even more so when one of those parties is reserved and self-contained. Archie, who often acts as Horatio’s voice finds a rather unconventional means to illustrate what Horatio keeps near to his heart. Literally. It’s a lovely little interlude, sweet and whimsical, but there’s an underlying tenderness that gives it an unexpected richness.
