Why this must be read:
Wolverine and Angel have to team up to save the most important women in their lives? Come *on*! That's a fic goldmine!
This story takes place circa X1/Angel S2, and most of the characters in both get a turn to shine in this story. The (recently-retired) Misty's love of both fandoms shows through in her handling of the characters, and she takes care to make the story accessible to readers in either fandom who might not have extensive knowledge of the other.
This isn't a straight-up shipper fic by any means, for either pairing, and is ideal for those who like a nice long plotty fic. Extra coolness points for the way meta-physics and mutant-physics work together in this story to get the job done.
