Why this vid kicks ass:
Because there just isn’t enough Kennedy/Bush out there and that is all the reason you need. And if you need more, it’s upbeat. Yes! An upbeat vid in the Hornblower fandom! But more than that Black Hound deftly uses the footage to tease out the relationship between the two men. What begins as antagonism soon becomes tolerance, acceptance and then friendship and possibly more. It’s the possibility, just intimated on screen, and the way she highlights it that makes the vid work so well.

I watched that vid just yesterday and fell in love immediately! In particular since though I am a Horatio/Archie fan first, I can't help but having one hell of a soft spot for Bush/Kennedy and that vid? Is just brilliant *g*

Black Hound has done some amazing vids as well as some absolutely *breathtaking" artwork. My fandom has many talented (and multi-talented)people. :-)

My pleasure. I toyed with the idea of reccing "Rjoice" which is gorgeous and damn near broke my heart, but I thought "Smooth" might be a better choice since it's connection to Hornblower a bit more direct. OC, in retrospect, this might have been a good choice for an Easter Sunday rec. Damn you for making so many good vids!
