Why this must be read:
Well, for one, I found myself loving a threesome story (which is not my usual wont, especially when I'm rather fond of a pair. I'm a geek like that.) Widget's Edrington still has the snark factor, but we're also treated to a side of the Lord that "The Wrong War" didn't show (and, no, I don't just mean *that* side *g*). This isn't a threesome for threesomes sake (not that that's a bad thing), what begins as a chance encounter and an offer of a warm drink leads to plot development which results in a rather hot threesome. I particularly enjoyed the interactions between the three men - Edrington, both in the present and in his recollections of the events of "The Wrong War", knows he is the outsider reacting to and with Horatio and Archie. How he fits in this story and into their orbit is something that needs to be read.
