Why this must be read: "Golden Rule" is a story which combines many of my favourite aspects of Smallville fanfic: it's a futurefic; it runs with the cliched amnesia idea, but takes it in new and wonderful directions; and it has kinda-evil Lex which, let's face it, is smoking hot and presses all sorts of buttons for me. And, it turns out, also for Clark.
