You may recognize Creed's name. She's a prolific slash author who writes in many fandoms, including Tour of Duty.

Here's a "happy ending" story for our angst-ridden lieutenant. In this story Myron leaves the Army to pursue the career he really wants – and the relationship he really wants. Based on an episode in which Myron tells Zeke that he actually wanted to be a professor of English.

"He said my theoretical development needed grounding… what in the hell does that mean?"

"That's prof talk. He means it's crap.”

The brunette sighed. "I think this calls for drastic action.” … [She] smiled and inched up her mini-skirt. "Just thinking I would visit Professor Goldman in his office and work out something… if you know what I mean.”
