Finally, I end Starsky versus Hutch week with a S & H Slashfest story that made me fall on my knees and whimper, "Yes ma’am, may I please have another?" If you think all the boys need to do is "kiss and make up" after the credits ran on this episode, you’re in for a pleasant shock.

In A Diamond in Your Eyes, Hutch is guilty, Starsky is dangerous, and if you thought Ioannia’s "Sojourn. . ." was kinky -- that was literally just a walk in the woods, babe. Now, I admit that this story’s warning listed a damp sex act that made me want to run away, but let me assure you that Rosemary will hold your hand through the squickiest stuff. So, if you’re willing to brave some very-hot-man-on-man bondage, humiliation and whipping, you will receive at least two rewards for your courage.



First, Rosemary has both of these sexy guys in black leather g-strings and very little else. I mean, c’mon I don’t care how vanilla your tastes are, what could possibly be wrong with that?

Second, Rosemary finally answered one of the all time frustrating questions created by Starsky vs. Hutch, and it’s not why Hutch boinked Kira because lots of fics tackle that one. No, it’s the far less explored but central mystery of how the heck Starsky convinced himself he loved that hair-sprayed to the point of ozone destruction, vacuous, two-timing tramp -- I mean that poor man’s Farrah Fawcett crossed with a blind man’s Olivia Newton-John -- I mean ... Hmmmm, I better stop now before I say something unkind.

Suffice to say, the psychological insights into both main characters, as well as the very hot-man-on-man action, will ensure that the reader will be well rewarded if they tackle this kinky tale of the dangers of playing games (in yummy black leather g-strings) when you’re not listening carefully to your partner.

Now, the Satanists in Remnants don't wear any undies (let alone leather g-strings) under their robes. And Starsky is undercover as one of those Satanists if that helps. :-)

There is a wee bit of bondage though, both nefarious (naughty Satanists) and not (naughty Hutch).

Remnants was also one of those stories which I found improved with more than one reading. Whereas A Diamond... knocked me off my feet the first time through. But yeah, lots of leather g-strings in that one.

Now, naked under their robes! That's different. We're all naked under our clothes. Starsky, naked under his robe. Nice thought! Yeah, this helps. I'm working up to Remnants. Maybe if I could identify exactly where the therapist shows up, and just skim those bits. Or maybe, the Satanists could kidnap therapy guy in my own personal version? :-)))
