Why this must be read:
I thought I'd start with something of a cracker. It's set after the Wimbledon semi-finals of 2003 when Roger beat Andy. Andy's on the prowl and Roger's the prey, though he doesn't know that yet.astonish writes beautifully, her descriptions are amazing and characterisation is equally gorgeous, not to mention spot-on. Her Andy has me doing cartwheels round the room because he's just that great. It's also very hot. Read everything else of her's too.
The press of the pen was cool against his skin, ink standing out stark against flesh. Andy put the tip of his tongue to the corner of his mouth as he scribbled down his number and Roger found himself thinking the strangest thoughts, thoughts that weren't his, things that he had never ever thought before.
