Hi I am feenixandashes, and I will be your driver for the NCIS
fandom this month.

My focus will be on the sexual relationship between Gibbs and Ducky.
This fandom pairing may be small in numbers compared to the fandom of Gibbs/DiNozzo,
But the authors of this pairing are coming out with some wonderful fics illustrating the closeness of this couple that is so visual in canon.

So without more ado I present my first reccomendation for those who are familiar with this paring and for those who may wonder.

Why this must be read:
Beatae Memoriae, meaning  Blessed Memory, is one of those fics which captures almost every emotion in one read. Causticquery's use of language gives even us a visual tense and powerful look into one man's dreams and nightmares. We travel and feel every aspect of Gibbs' journey, his suffering, and erratic helplessness. The pace of the piece flows due to the author's use of particularly well judged adjectives and verbs and we are clearly not disappointed as we reach the end of this  story.
