Why this must be read:
lonelywalker is active in many fandoms, and she all writes them so well. It was hard to choose a fic written by lonelywalker as she's written a few. They're all focused on Mason, but this one tells us a little about his youth, and his brother.
It's always great to read insight in our favourite character's youth and persona. Andlonelywalker nails it everytime she does that.
Excerpt:
My brother's name is Mason Grey Eckhart. I think our parents named us with the same letter, M, so that people would know that we were brothers. But everyone knows we are brothers anyway. This is because Mason and me look almost exactly the same. That means that we are identical twin brothers. Some twins do not look alike at all, but we do. We both have brown hair. We both have brown eyes. We both are the same height. Sometimes Mason and me pretend to be each other. We can fool some people, but some people can tell us apart. Mason has a bigger nose than me. And a scar he got being silly last Christmas.
